- Have achieved a minimum overall average of 70% in the most recent exam.
- Have secured a minimum of 60% in Mathematics and Science.
- Attend a local school within the municipality.
- Demonstrate academic excellence.

- Be in financial need.
- Provide a recommendation letter from their school principal.
